My Sermon on the Web

Hi! Haven't heard from me for a while, have you. This has been an extremely hectic summer (that sounds familiar) and I have really been negligent about my writing.

This entry is just briefly to announce that I was asked to speak in the Adventureland Chapel on July 4th, and Jack Gregory recorded my message and posted it with the CRM Chaplain sermons on the website, www.sermon.net/crmintl .

If you go to the list of sermons on that page and scroll down to July 17 (they are listed by date from the most recent to the earliest.) as that is the date Jack posted it. It is listed under my name, and the title is given as "New Birth". Actually, the title that I gave it was When is Your Spiritual Birthday? but I didn't bother to tell Jack that, so he supplied the title. The text is Luke 24:13-35.

Give it a listen.

If you run into trouble finding the site, you can also access it by going to the CRM website (http://www.crimintl.org/) and clicking on "Chaplain's Sermons" on the left side of the homepage.

Thanks for sharing this moment with me today.

Glenn: I promised myself to come and read some of your blog. Best later than never! Thought the Lord was calling me on the 30th of March. I awoke to a massive heart-attack, rushed to the hospital with 7-10 minutes to spare. I asked the Jesus to save me as long as I was not left with mechanical or electrical life support. I lay on the OR table not afraid of death; but not being able to say goodbye to family, relatives and friends. I had 90+% blockage of the main arteries in the heart. I now have 3 stints and a balloon angioplasty. And believe it or not I located your card this eve.
Regretfully I am not going to make A-land this year as I have follow-ups with the doctors and located employ for the Summer here in Kentucky. You can email me at
eb3188@gmail.com I will review your blog in the next few evenings! Ed Boland/The Blue Honda motorbike.
